O loving God . . . I pray that You welcome my deceased Uncle, Jerry Bockwinkel, into heaven with You. Forgive any sins and reward his goodness. Grant that I may be with him, and my family and friends again in Your Peaceful presence. Amen.

To my cousins - the Chicago Bockwinkel's - as you have always been called by us ... our prayers and thoughts are with you today. It is not easy to lose a Dad - you had him for a lifetime of joy and will have plenty of memories. I'm sure my Dad was waiting for him on the other side - rest assured he'll show him the way!
